Carolyn Trains is about getting back to the basics of fitness: feeling strong, moving with ease, and feeling absolutely fantastic.
Hi! I'm Carolyn. A few things you should know about me:
1. I'm an NASM-certified personal trainer with 12 years of experience, a BASc in Nutrition, and
a BA in psychology.
2. At this point in my career I value strength, mobility, and balance over chiseled abs, and functional fitness over flashy gym lifts.
3. I strongly believe that everyone can achieve an incredible level of fitness regardless of their starting point and I’m passionate about helping people get there.
Over the years I’ve worked with a ton of different individuals, including professionals, new moms, students, seniors, beginners, athletes, and those both with and without disabilities. I have yet to work with someone who hasn't progressed by leaps and bounds. So, I already believe in you and what your body can do. So let's get this journey started and get you feeling fantastic. And who knows, you may even develop those chiseled abs along the way.
